Wear your bib number on the front of your shirt or shorts, not on your back.Take care not to bend, crumple or fold your number. If your bib number is mailed to you, and you ordered a shirt, your shirt will be available at packet pickup or on race day. 

Packet pick up and in-person registration are July 1, 2 and 3 - 9:00 am to 6:30 pm at the 5th Street Public Market, 296 East 5th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401, USA. PPU will be in the 2nd Floor Eateries Courtyard at 5th Street Market, near Title Nine. Please refer to the packet pick up page for additional details. If your bib number is mailed to you, and you ordered a shirt, your shirt will be available at packet pickup or on race day. 

The races are chip timed by Eclectic Edge Racing. Results tickets will be available at 5th Street Public Market in the parking lot at the Results Tent. Results are also posted online at EclecticEdgeRacing.com. Visit our awards page for more details. 

The Inn at the 5th and The Gordon Hotel are extending a special rate to all Butte To Butte participants for a stay on July 3rd and/or July 4th. A link to book your stay at Inn at the 5th is available HERE.

All profits from the OTC Butte to Butte go to support the programs of the Oregon Track Club, including the summer all-comers meets for kids, promotional activities for the UO track teams, and maintenance of Pre’s Trail. OTC is a non-profit organization composed of volunteers. Learn more and become a member of OTC at oregontrackclub.org 

Professional photography is provided by GCC Photography. Photos will be available for preview and purchase. Please note that drones of any type are not allowed within 1/2 mile of the start or finish lines. 

Families with strollers are welcome to participate.  The child in the stroller does not need to be registered.  There is no additional fee to have a stroller.  Please be advised that large strollers may not fit onto the shuttles taking participants to the start.  It is recommended that strollers line up at the start on the right side of the street and make attempts to stay on the right throughout the event.​ Dogs are not allowed in this event. 

A free drop bag service will be available at Spencer Butte Middle School. Bring your own bag or use one at the bag drop area. Clearly mark your bib number and name on the bag. Bags will be transported from the 10K & Walk Start Line (both are in front of Spencer Butte Middle School) to 5th Street Public Market finish festival bag pick up area. Unclaimed bags will be kept for a week. Owners may choose to pick them up at our office or request for the items to be mailed (includes shipping fee). CLICK HERE for shuttle information.

An ambulance will be at the finish line and roving medical technicians will be on bicycles along the race course for participant safety.
